What I have to say:
I took the plunge and bought these exfoliating pads a few months ago, when my Enzyme Exfoliator ran out and I couldn’t afford to replace it immediately.
The pads are thin, soft on one side, textured on the other and coated with product. I was surprised by just how evenly coated they are, I expected the pads at the end of the tub to be drier than the ones at the top but this isn’t the case. This is a big plus in Nip + Fab’s favour.
I patch tested behind my ear and everything was fine, so I tried them once a day. After three days my red face made it clear that this wasn’t going to work, so I switched to using them twice a week at night.
Twice a week works for me and is enough to prevent my skin becoming dull and bumpy. Bumps under the skin, which never become full blown spots, is an issue I suffer with if I don’t exfoliate regularly.
I swipe the soft side across my face, neck and chest then flip it over and repeat the process with the textured side. A little goes a long way here. I like to follow up with a hydrating mask. At the moment I am using Origins Drink Up Intensive Overnight Mask.
The Nip + Fab Glycolic Fix Exfoliating Facial Pads, which is a mouthful of a name, are a handy addition to my skincare routine. They have helped keep my temperamental under control.
I would be interested in trying some other exfoliating pads, though, to see if my skin could handle them on a daily basis.
